SMF:Cross the ball to the center
FW:Header or shoot the ball the the back of the net....

Choose a right position for you.
DF:Run up to mid-line when the ball is at the other end.
MF:Run up to mid-line when the ball is and the other end and run down to defend when the ball is at your side.
FW:Stay where you are...DUN CRAMP FOR THE BALL.....
